Recommended by friends who told us about their positive experience, we tried Pizza Pazza for the first time and were very satisfied! The dough was light and very digestible (unlike other pizzas that rise in your stomach), on the palate you can feel the choice of quality ingredients, sweet courgette, tasty prawns (no dull prawns), and the wisdom in creating an excellent mix in fact we took a rianella without pecorino and with the addition of mozzarella and we feared it might be too salty but the staff was able to create a very balanced pizza and we didn't spend the night drinking (as often happens with pizzas of this kind), to finish the The pizzas underneath were white, a sign of great attention on the part of the pizza chef in brushing the oven and not allowing the soot to stick underneath which gives a bitter taste to the dough.
