I visited Pizza Hut in Frankfurt and left with mixed feelings. The ambience was appealing, but unfortunately there were some problems with the service. The waitress initially overlooked me and only came to the table after I asked. When I asked for the menu, she stood next to me and asked me to make a quick decision - it wasn't exactly a pleasant situation. What should be highlighted positively is that they offer vegan pizzas, which I was very happy about as I can't tolerate cheese in the evenings. I think 15 euros for a small pizza is a very impressive price, but I was very hungry. Unfortunately, the joy was short-lived. After eating the pizza I got severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. I'm not sure if it was the toppings or the preparation, but this definitely wasn't the evening I was hoping for. I hope the team takes the time to work on the friendliness of the service and the quality of the food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

We were there yesterday and wanted to eat pizza there. As soon as we entered the restaurant we noticed mice. The service staff couldn't understand why we wanted to leave again.
