I'm actually a big fan of Pizza Hut, but I rarely have the spontaneous opportunity to go. So far there have only been positive experiences. It was supposed to happen again last Friday. I want to shorten the whole thing: employees are friendly as always, but everyone is completely overwhelmed, there are no drinks that are on the menu (bottled water), customers who came in after us and also ordered after us (also pizza). , had food in front of us. We waited 35 minutes for 2 pizzas and then another pizza wasn't as ordered. We are specifically talking about the fact that there were 8 people (in words: eight!) in the restaurant at the time and a total of 3 or even 4 employees did not manage to get this "rush" over with any degree of routine. We then paid for our drinks, left and won't be coming back. Finally, it should be mentioned that pizza prices have probably reached an all-time high by now, but if everything around it had at least been right, then the price wouldn't have mattered at all. So it was NOTHING in all respects, except the friendliness and good mood. It only ended when we complained massively and weren't prepared to wait over half an hour for a new pizza, especially since the restaurant closes at 7:30 p.m. and we wouldn't have had time to eat...
