So last weekend , I decided to pay a visit to pizza familia in access park , images and reviews are posted all over by influencers with good reviews. The service was great but the pizzas were utterly disappointing, I ordered a sticky steak pizza that had barely any steak , the flavouring on the steak was close to nothing , the avo was brown and not fresh , the garlic Chita had very little cheese and the garlic was extremely hard , the pizza bases were firm and dry. For a company getting such good influencer reviews , why is it that I had to receive such poor quality food ? Do you just make the pizzas correctly for the influencers? The worst part is that the woman who handed me the pizzas checked it in front of me , as if it was good enough quality for her to serve me. Thank you for giving me the worst experience . Hi Sufyaan. Thank you for your review. We have contacted the owner at the food truck . The Pizza Familia team do apologize as that doesn’t seem to be our standard. Although things do slip through the cracks and we try and catch them before they do. So please bare with us as it is a new owner running the foodtruck.

Ordered take away .. service was as casual as the location. Food had a lot of sauce but ribs were not fully cooked and had some tougher parts. Chicken wings had lots of sauce but the actual chicken meat lacked flavour. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Chips, Rib Extra Large, Cheese Pizza, Garlic Chita

Tried the double cheese burger and chips last night.Bun was fresh,patty was nicely seasoned and had good flavour. Spice on the chips was slightly overpowering but overall the food was great and would definitely recommend. Update:Tried the Manhattan cpt pizza and it was great.Base had lots of flavour and was just the right thickness.Toppings were plenty and had just the right amount of sauce. 5 out of 5 all day.
