I would like to underline that on our App the notice is clearly written that we do our utmost to respect the timetable, however it may happen that there is a delay of 30/40 minutes.... therefore 15 minutes are not to be considered a delay. As for the supplì, we replaced the croquettes which were finished due to all the work....and they will certainly have been "well cooked" but not burnt, otherwise I wouldn't have let them leave the pizzeria. Sure we have clarified everything, we are still waiting for you.... and we will always try to do our utmost to satisfy the customer More
