NOT RECOMMENDED ! How do you say tasteless in a nice way ? food was 100% tasteless and very badly made, chicken fingers were frozen pre-made products, 4 cheeses pasta was absolutely mediocre and tasteless and we have not encountered a worse mushroom risotto (texture was oily and you could easily pass it as soup). If I could I'd give them a 0/5 for the effort in the making of the food. Service was Excellent at first but when the time came to pay we were almost forced by the locals that owned the store to pay in cash as they would NOT take card payment (they did not say anything before we ordered) ... hence the 2/5. Atmosphere was nice though but the food really let's this restaurant down.. Paid 64 lev to eat... something... We are very sorry for your experience in our restaurant! The food we prepare is wonderful and we are proud whit its quality and in the same time can be not what the customer taste expects. We are open to hear our costumers opinion and to compensate it in the restaurant that same moment. Absolutely correct we had a problem with card payments few evenings ago - and we are sincerely apologizing for this inconvenience. We tried to announce it in the entrance that evening, but now everything is working. We hope you have a wonderful vacation in Bansko however!
