Yesterday I had a very bad experience at Pizza 73 in Leduc. We placed our order and waited in the car because the staff told us it would take around 10 minutes. We waited outside for about 15–20 minutes, assuming our order was still being prepared. When my husband finally went inside to check, he found our pizza already sitting on the counter. No one informed us that our order was ready. The staff was sitting on the chairs, eating food with their friends or family members, and they completely ignored us. They knew we were waiting in the car, but still, no one bothered to notify us. Because of this, the pizza was no longer hot when we received it. It was obvious that the order had been ready for a while, but they didn’t inform us. This felt very unprofessional and disappointing. Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I drive over 30 minutes here everytime I crave Jalapeño poppers and boy is it worth it. I was met with friendly and polite staff. The pizza was good but the poppers will have me coming back everytime! Service: Takeaway Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
