When we told her to watch the video from the cameras, she suddenly calmed down) Then we found another extra item on the check - beer, this time the waitress didn’t organize a circus, she said that we didn’t have to pay for it either)) We also ordered grilled meat, there was meat so hard that you could break your teeth on it, they returned the dish, and either the administrator or the chef, some young guy who couldn’t put two words together, came out to us. They don’t know how to communicate with guests in this establishment, they take them for fools and gladly cheat them)) Another waitress with a scar on her face blathered something when she passed by our table, like no one is deceiving you here! In general, I had an extremely negative impression of this place. Initially, the waitress took us to a table with 2 sofas, although we had booked in advance for 6 people, naturally, it was very crowded, so we moved on our own. It’s dark in the hall, they asked to turn on the light, it turns out that they only turn it on in the evening, and at 18:30, apparently, it’s not evening yet) Diana couldn’t even answer the question about the size of the glass in the tasting set, she said “I don’t know” and She stood looking at us, apparently, such an answer should have suited us, she didn’t think to go and find out. The dishes are not worth the money, the portions are small and the taste is rather mediocre, the burgers they brought were some kind of children's size, they looked more impressive in the photo on the menu)) The waffles are also hard, the tomato sauce is dominated by vinegar. We never heard any apologies addressed to us, only from Diana that she would pay for our drinks (which there were none) herself! Well, the cherry on the cake, we asked the waitress in advance to divide our total check for each guest, who ordered what, she said that then payment would only be made using a QR code and insistently pointed to the payment method via SBP, when nearby it was possible to choose by card )) In addition, you need to remember to remove the tip, which is placed automatically every time, and uncheck the box below about some additional monetary fee. We all understand perfectly well that the staff is trained to scam guests out of money, so we will never set foot in this establishment again, and we advise you to carefully study the receipt before paying, especially if you are vacationing with a large group! Побывали сегодня с мамой в модном нынче кафе pitnica.
Зашили "на разведку" тк ни разу там не были до этого. Были в повседневной просто одежде: майка и джинсы. Чистенько, но не "гламурно".
Видимо, платежеспособность покупателей оценивают по одежде. Мы пришли в кафе около часа дня, было много свободных мест, в том числе, и на веранде под открытым небом нам этаже, где получаются самые красивые фотографии.
Нас же встречающая девушка завела в столик в самом углу в помещении. На наше предложение, что мы хотим на веранду - она отрезала : " Вам там будет жарко и не понравится". Хотя других посетителей они туда провожали, тех, кто подороже был одет....
Столики не пронумерованы, нет кнопки вызова официанта.
Заказали по штруделю и напитку. Мне забыли подать ложку, пришлось ее просить отдельно.
Когда поели, к нам так никто и не подошел, чтобы мы могли расплатиться. Прождали 15 минут и пошли Сами оплачивать в бар свой заказ. С этим были тоже сложности тк столики не пронумерованы и они не сразу смогли найти наш заказ.
В общем, все хорошее впечатление от кухни отбило ужасное обслуживание!
никому не рекомендую!
ПС: в туалете плохо работали краны.
