We ordered the chicken Slab pizza today, but the taste was too bad. It looks like the chicken gone bad or either they did something wrong while make it. We then call at the restaurant they put on a hold for good 5 minutes and after talking with two persons they contacted me to the store manager. Upon giving the review of the pizza, they were asking to get back the pizza in store to show them. And was requesting extra money to fix the customer issue. The thing is if I would be able to go to store then why even I would do the delivery. After the manager put me on a hold and disconnected the call. Then I again called back and the person who picked the call told me that the manager went for a delivery and he will call me back. Guess what, until now I haven’t even received the call back. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I placed my order at 6:33pm yesterday, Thursday, October 5th, 2017 online at this location for delivery. I ordered a small Shawarma Pizza and an order of Samosa. I received an email reply stating that the order will be delivered within 30-40 minutes. After about 30 minutes, I was thinking they should be arriving soon. After 40 minutes, I got thinking this location is only about a 20 minute walk from my place, so driving would be about 5 minutes. I don't drive, so I am guessing it is about a 5 minute drive, max 10 minutes, as I can walk it in 20 minutes. After an hour waiting, I said to myself, "I'll wait 5 more minutes, then I'll call them. 5 more minutes went by, so I call them at 7:38pm. The employee said the printer had ran out of ink, so they didn't receive my order until now. He said they are working on it now and I should receive it soon. He also said I would receive it at half price. It arrived at my house about 25 minutes later. The delivery driver didn't apologize for the late delivery and just rudely asked for the $12.00. I gave him the money and then he gave me the order.The pizza and Samosas were hot, so no problem there. The pizza had lots of toppings on it and tasted "ok". I ate all of the pizza, but for 2 pieces and ate a few of the Samosas. A few hours later, my stomach was making noises, and I had to make a few trips to the washroom. I had diarrhea. The Pizza and Samosas were the only thing I had eaten all day, so clearly there was something on or in the Pizza or Samosas that really upset my stomach. I have taken a few pictures of the 2 pieces of pizza that I had left and the samosas. I have never ordered from Lava Pizza & Wings before, so this was my first and last time ordering from Lava Pizza & Wings.
