Cross contamination. May I suggest that you use warm water to clean your grill between customers? As well as cleaning off the two spatulas you use? I was there today and ordered a chicken slovaki small pita. I noticed that customers 2 ahead of me had some sort of sauce put on their meats. It was still on the grill and spatulas used. Then the person in front of me had hot peppers on the grill. So, due to the lack of cleaning of the spatulas and grill, my pita was on the hot side. I ended up throwing out the rest as it was too hot. I understand there can be cross contamination but the grill could have been cleaned more. We are extremely sorry about your experience. Must of the time we do use separate grill tools for both sauce and non sauce meat. Even we do clean the grill on special requests. I had a great experience visiting this Pita Pit! The staff were courteous, professional, friendly and went above and beyond to provide me and my daughter a great service. They showed patience, kindness when i was trying to troubleshoot with my app order and offered solutions to try to remedy the issue. I would very much recommend this location of Pita Pit to anyone looking for a delicious and healthy meal coupled with kind and courteous service! Thank you!
