Amano is new in town which makes it highly sought after. Centrally located by one of Nicosia's busiest streets, is ideal for meetups. The ambiance and decor are impressive, the scented candles on each table are a nice touch. The staff were really attentive, true professionals and the food was ok, all of the plates on the menu are sharable, so you can order 3 or 4 different ones and sample quite a few menu options. The flavours were a bit neutral. I didn't feel that the plates had popping flavours, something to make them stand out, although they looked really promising. We went on a Thursday night and they dimmed the lights at 21.00 and by 21.30 the music was so loud we almost couldn't talk during our dinner.

The place has really good vibes and set up. The music was nice, a bit too loud. We had a bottle of white wine, tasted good. The food was not as good as i expected it to be. I had prawn bao buns, fries, chicken skewers and truffle balls. The quality and portions could be much better seeing the effort put into this place. Would definitely recommend it but its pricey for the quality presented.

Please stop scamming people with reviews from Piroga. The food was pretty medium, felt like there was no thought behind it and just followed some trends. Also, the menu is more for having a bite with a drink rather than a restaurant but the arrangement of the place is for a full time restaurant. The decorations and the environment is nice, but the place feels like it's having an identity crisis.
