We visited this establishment in the evening. The interior is beautiful, the kebab is delicious. That's all for the positive aspects! We booked a VIP room to sit quietly. We asked the waiter if we could have our own wine, to which the answer was positive. Arriving with wine, they immediately stopped us and said that the waiter had mixed up the rooms and something else, in general it was impossible. We made a special trip to buy wine from another store after approval, and here we are - they got it mixed up. After ordering, they brought warm tea, asked to make the tea hotter, the waiter asked again - “Should I add boiling water?” They took away the teapot with a dissatisfied face and brought it with the same one. We ordered a bottle of wine, the wine was warm again! Yes, what is wrong with this establishment! I asked why it was warm, they said so and served it. Okay, I’m asking if it’s possible to bring your own, maybe there’s a corkage fee, etc. The waiter forbade it for a moment. I'm wondering why they don't warn about alcohol during booking!
