We recently tried the Pinsakè and unfortunately the experience did not live up to expectations. We were disappointed with the flavor of the rice, which seemed to lack any distinctive note. Furthermore, we noticed that the pinsa dough seemed to be frozen, lacking that freshness and fragrance that we expected. The chicken wings, unfortunately, weren't outdone. They arrived at the table frozen and their flavor did not satisfy our palate. It was a shame to find that the ingredients didn't live up to our expectations. Ordering via app was a nice idea, but it eliminated the contact with the wait staff that can often contribute to a more pleasant and personalized experience. The lack of this contact has made the atmosphere less welcoming and less interactive. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the Pinsakè. We have found that there are other places where you can spend less and enjoy much tastier and more satisfying food.
