C'était correct, si vous souhaitez goûter de la nourriture Philippine à Malte, c'est une bonne adresse. Les prix restent corrects pour des plats cuisinés et en plus vous avez de nombreux restaurants du monde entier dans ce food court, idéal pour chacun mange ce qui lui fait envie ! Délicieux l'adobo, le kare-kare et les lumpia. Quand je reviendrai a Malte j'y retournerai c'est sûr.

Filipino food has always stuck with me since I had first tried it while traveling through the islands. I couldn’t resist getting a fix after seeing Pinoy Street Food pop up on my map. The menu surprised me with a few dishes I was nostalgic for. I ended up going with the sisig as that’s something you cannot order for takeaway with the hot grill. I enjoyed that it was in a food court setting yet ambiance felt upscale/modern, meals were ordered at the counter and can order a drink from a separate bar while waiting for the buzzer. When my order came up, I was warned the stone grill would be hot but I didn’t realize hot enough that if left too long, the sisig could burn (my bad for taking longer with photo ops). Regardless, it was tasty and had the various parts of pork bits that make up the traditional dish which I wouldn’t usually get somewhere else. I was impressed by the meal that I later ordered the pork belly Bicol Express and Kare Kare to go. The Kare Kare was okay but the Bicol Express was outstanding. I’m not an expert on authenticity but it was the closest version I’ve had outside of El Nido within Philippines I’ve tried that made me first fall in love with this particular dish.
