Ordered a small wedding cake. Had seen pictures online and expected a lovely small cake with beautiful roses in frosting. We got a cake covered in fondant with small roses in fondant that a small child could have made. I could have baked and decorated a much better looking cake. Paid $125 upfront. Should not pay until you see what you are getting. The order form online did not even list fondant as an option. It was all buttercream or cream cheese frosting. And the flowers on the cake on the Facebook posting where someone raved about the cake were amazing. These are dreadful. For $125 this is SO overpriced and disappointing. Too late to get another but we could have done better at a local grocery store. If you cannot make flowers in icing, you should not call yourself a bakery. Watch a few of the online baking shows and they only allow children to work in fondant and they admit it tastes like sweet play dough. I cannot believe that they are still in business or that she has any training in baking. Have known a couple people who took cake decorating courses for a few weeks whose work is far superior. We were trying to support a local business and there were plenty of good reviews. But I would say - run- to another place. No idea if the cake tastes ok- not sure that we will dare to even take it to the weeding.

Happy to see that all the previous reviews were positive. Wish mine was too.
Ordered a pound cake with strawberry shortcake filling and butter buttercream icing on July 4th - was told to pick it up on Saturday July 9th before noon. It was for a special occasion with family.
When I got there she said that she "forgot".
She offered to do the cake and call me in an hour - it was a beautiful cake on the outside - but it wasn't the cake I had ordered on the inside. I cut into a vanilla cake that was crumbling apart on the bottom - with a squirt of strawberry goo in the middle.
She reduced the original cost slightly because I had to drive quite a distance back again - it was originally $70. Other than a few fancy icing decorations & fresh strawberries on the outside I could have cooked a better cake at home. She threw something together last minute and charged me $54.
I will personally never buy anything there again for special occasions and will not recommend to my friends or family. As for whoever is reading the reviews, my advice is to call a couple of days before you have to pick up your order -
in case she "forgot".
