It's definitely a hidden gem of Hamilton. We went in as I was craving oysters - the staff (including the manager and servers) were absolutely incredible. Very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. The food was superb, and it was quite apparent that the chef had immense creativity with the special of the day. All in all, it's absolutely incredible.

We went here on recommendation of a friend after we realised that the Ancaster Mill restaurant was closed for 3 weddings that day. The manager here was so kind and went over and beyond for our small group. Food was delicious and nicely-seasoned too, the drinks were a relish, all so clean and fresh. We dined on the Patio and loved it.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would! The meal, service, and everything was outstanding! My boyfriend and I came here for lunch on a Sunday and had the fish and chips, and daily special. We mutually agreed that this was one of the best meals we ever had and definitely will be coming back. The service was also amazing (haven’t experienced this good of service in a LONG time). I can’t say enough good things about Pinbones! I also have dietary restrictions (wheat and dairy allergy) and not only were they VERY accommodating, the food was beyond exceptional! I definitely recommend Pinbones Fish Market as your next dine in experience! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to wheat and dairy and ordered the daily feature. It was outstanding. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. The service was 10/10 and they were very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. My boyfriend, who also ordered the fish and chips that is gluten free (he has no dietary restrictions), said it was the best fish and chips that he ever had. Definitely recommend.
