When a pub moves to Aupark, it does not make it a restaurant. Traditional lunch, full of people everywhere, we got a seat and quickly ordered from the daily menu. After 30 minutes of waiting and being asked how the people who came after us had already paid, it turned out that the special offer ordered by a friend was taking longer to prepare. There was no warning during the meal, the waitress didn't even say anything about it when taking the order. Only at the bottom of the ticket was there a note that the preparation of the special offer could take more than 15 minutes (but among other information in several lines of continuous text). Such things happen, I would understand, it was the lunchtime rush hour. But what surprised me was the communication of the waitress. After 40 minutes of waiting, she finally brought the food with the words to her friend "they were waiting for you" and after the questions she started blaming everything on us, saying that everyone would notice the footnotes, only we wouldn't. All the rest of us had the food lukewarm, the pasta hard. So I ask the staff, the owner of the establishment, if it is okay for him to blame the customers for having an unintuitively designed lunch menu, come to the table and instead of an apology or a friendly explanation, blame the delay on the customer, the staff does not warn about this in advance and behaves like this cheeky.
