The good thing first: The ambience is very nice, located right in the green by the lake, you eat in bright, large rooms with a nice ambience. The choice of food is varied and everyone will find their favorite breakfast dish. However, the hidden price expectations are extremely annoying. You are lured online with a price for breakfast including 3 hours of around €20 per person. However, the actual price is €27, with the justification that "you could also take from the lunch table if you wanted and the display of cold cuts and fish would be larger. That may be all, but the online booking system neither mentions it nor offers it. When the managing director for this segment was informed about this after the invoice was issued, he made no attempt to find a solution. He also refused to attempt mediation. On the contrary. With a loud and progressive tone of voice, he made it clear to us that we were wrong, that we didn't want to see it and that we were apparently too stupid to understand it. Even Pier99's written confirmation clearly indicated that we were right. He didn't even look at it and threw us out with a clear message that we wouldn't have to come back if we didn't pay the asking price now. Well, of course we paid and would be happy NOT to come back! Advice: definitely attend a workshop: How do I deal with constructive criticism and guests! Something annoying gets around 10 times more than good news!
