Picina is first and foremost a restaurant. The 5 stars are deserved for the quality of the food and its preparation. The entrance to the restaurant is in a small bar, but this should not be misleading. Proceeding inside you pass by the kitchen area which is a jewel of functionality and cleanliness. The dining room overlooks the panoramic sea view. We stumbled upon it for the first time by chance but then returned at the first opportunity. Even if it takes a few kilometers to reach the restaurant from the coast, the place and the lunch are worth the journey. The prices are adequate for the quality which is not standard. The two brothers who run the place will explain the origin of all the carefully chosen ingredients. Even if time has left its marks on the structure, the gastronomic experience you will have will be top notch. The prices are adequate for the quality of the food which is not easy to find even in luxury establishments on the coast. Last thing, although important: the artisanal ice cream is excellent.
