They were not charged for the main course even though it was cooked. The waiting time was at most 60 minutes not two hours as stated. If all guests arrive at the same time, it is impossible to serve everyone at the same time because everything is cooked fresh. We look forward to your next visit More

We actually really enjoy ordering from Leilas Pic Thai because the food is always extremely good. But the delivery is simply an absolute disaster. The food always arrives at least 30 minutes late, but usually one to two hours late. You will not receive any information regarding this. Even if you pre-order for a specific time in the afternoon, it never even comes close to being on time. When you call after an hour to ask when you can expect delivery, instead of an apology you get the answer that there are "a lot of orders". If I had to wait two hours for a fried rice for CHF 23, I would expect something to be accommodated in the form of a voucher or at least an apology.
