Not very satisfied. It is a classic "La Piadineria" point of sale, therefore clean, with a good choice, preparation of piadinas in sight, etc. I usually go to other points of the chain, this is the first time. And this time I was less than satisfied: I ordered from the totem at the entrance, to be quicker, a piadina of those proposed, among the simplest, in roll version. Longer than usual waiting times, very small tables. Only at the time of delivery did they warn me that one ingredient (out of 3) was missing because it was out of stock. They offer me an alternative ingredient to which I am allergic. So "that's fine" says the very kind lady and hands me the piadina without an ingredient. But I had paid for that ingredient. How I paid for the roll to have 50% more filling and I end up with a flat piadina, with little filling, only folded once more. In general, the ingredients of "La Piadineria" have decreased in quality and the prices have increased, this throughout the chain. The staff at this point of sale is efficient and kind, however the system should inhibit orders of wraps that contain ingredients not available at that time. At least notify the customer when ordering. Basically, it took me a lot longer to wait than to eat, unbalanced taste, without an ingredient, and not satiated.
