Très bon. Accueil avec un grand sourire . Payer en liquide uniquement. Pas de CB. Les autres clients qui étaient nombreux ont pris des soupes et elle avainet l'air délicieuse. Manger surplace me semble difficile car peu de place. Nous on a pris des sortes de wrap....et c'était trop bon!

I give 1 star because 0 cannot be given. A rudeness and discourtesy never seen in all of Rome, you are embarrassing, change jobs or do anything else that does not involve having relationships with customers. AWFUL, place to AVOID completely; go to the thousand other places around where you will surely be treated better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would have given a few more stars if I hadn't been treated badly. During my lunch break I went to the place and got a piadina costing €7. I had the food stamp card and thought it deducted the overall amount like it did at my previous job. Instead, €6 was deducted (single value of the meal voucher) and €1 was missing. At the time I didn't have cash in my wallet and I paid with the card, which had already annoyed the lady at the counter, understandable from her attitude, I thanked her without receiving an answer and moved on to wait for the order. The lady didn't realize I was there and thought it best to complain to another customer saying "a little while ago I had to make someone pay €1 with their card but where do the people live who don't have any change in their wallet Bo" while the customer laughed, I pointed out that I was there, I don't think there are any amount limits for paying by card, it can happen that you don't have cash once in your life but that doesn't mean being treated like dirt in your face! I honestly felt like if I stole or asked for free food it was a little humiliating. I had the opportunity to work as a sales assistant and we often had customers with €50 banknotes for payments of €2 and even if we had difficulty with the change I never allowed myself to behave like this, or customers who paid amounts of less than €5 by card. Regardless of whether it was his bad day or not, it was unkind behavior towards me, The food is good but I certainly won't go back there again Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
