Got take out today from Phoenix Pan (Hakka Chow Mein, Vegetable Fried Rice, and Chilli Dishes - chicken) and it was really flavourful and fresh! The dishes were not only filling but also affordable which we appreciated. Have been coming to Phoenix Pan for years and the quality and quantity does not disappoint - also, the owner and staff are kind and always amazing to chat with! If you are near Scarborough, I would highly recommend dropping by Phoenix Pan for some great Chinese, Hakka, and Thai dishes, as you will not be disappointed :).
