This place is the only place we will go. Never had an issue and have been going for over 35 years. When we moved away, it had to be the first place we visited. Now we are back home and we dont have to worry about where to go. Like others say, that the place is not the best looking, but the food and owners makes up for. Thank you Sherman, for all those good years. I remember getting egg rolls in the 80's and sitting on the steps of the church and enjoying it with best friends. Memories are the best.

Tried Phoenix for the first time and it was without a doubt the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The chicken chow mein was mushy and overcooked, the fried rice was also overcooked and had an off-taste. The sweet and sour sauce tasted horrible and the chicken balls tasted and felt like they’d be sitting out for hours; they were also mushy. I couldn’t take more than a few bites and afterwards I was left with a bad aftertaste in my mouth and my tongue was tingly- not sure if it was just too much salt or msg or what. Definitely won’t be ordering from Phoenix again.

Great value and favorite Chinese food, though building not much to look at. Have been going to Phoenix Restaurant for 35+ years.
