Best pho in the city, I would get this twice a week. They sent me the wrong order on skip the dishes, when I requested a credit, skip being skip declined. When I contacted Pho Vy they said they would have a manager contact me, which they never did. I ordered the correct dish again and when I went in they charged me for it and said "sorrrrrry". I guess I'm switching to Pho Tru across the street. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
