Pho Simcoe 2 is incredible in all aspects! A very large menu with many wonderful offerings. Love the atmosphere inside the restaurant with some of the most comfortable chairs I've sat in while dining in. The kindest customer service! The gentleman once thought we waited too long, and threw in a free salad for us :) That is just one example of the excellent customer service here. The food is always so good!! Both eating in and takeout have been perfect experiences! Probably been 10+ times now and will continue to support this restaurant. Oh and I forgot to mention, the prices are very fair! I went there last night at about 6pm. The service was very slow, I felt they catered to the take out customers first. I enjoyed the food when it arrived, can't complain about that. It was tasty. Had I visited the washroom before ordering I would never have eaten there. It was discusting. It wasn't just untidy, but downright dirty. The sink, toilet bowl seat and floor looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

This is the type of Vietnamese restaurant you can count on for a sophisticated atmosphere and great quality food. Although dishes are about $1-$2 higher than nearby competitors, you do get a very clean and more upscale vibe. I’d say this one is good for special occasions or date night. I tried the chicken stir fry and it was perfect. Good flavours came through. All ingredients were fresh. Veggies nice and crispy. Also had two spring rolls which were oversized and generous.
