I work downtown and this place has been a lunch staple for a while. Unfortunately something has changed sometime in the summer and the portion sizes have been decreased significantly. Before, I would order a medium and the staff would fill it to the point where you couldn't close the box. Perfect! Now, I get a large and it could all probably fit in the small container. The food is great, but I will not return until the portion sizes return. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Update on June 27th, 2024. I came back with my family to try more pouttine options, and I can now say that Philthy Philly's offers the best pouttine in Guelph and SWO. This time, I was assisted by Mark. He was super friendly and helpful. He was really nice with my family and especially with my son. Mark demonstrated that he cares. The pouttines were just deliciously amazing. Super fresh and great portions. Fully recommended ------------------------------------------- I finally found an amazing pouttine place here in Guelph... Philthy Philly's is awesome! I Google for pouttine places, and Philthy Philly's caught my attention. What a great idea it was to come over and check it out. I was assisted by Francis, and he was very helpful, polite, and friendly. He even gave me recommendations. The presentation and portions are awesome. The taste... even better, simply delicious. No soggy fries, like most of the pouttine places, the fries were fresh and crunchy. I can hardly wait to come again with my family and get delighted with their amazing pouttines.
