During our visit to Moscow, we had the pleasure of dining at The Phantom. As owners of a Thai restaurant in Sri Lanka, we can confidently say it was the best restaurant we experienced on our trip. The burger was exceptional, the Phantom cheesecake unforgettable, and the warm, attentive service from start to finish truly stood out. Everything was perfect. Without a doubt, it’s a must-visit when in Moscow

When you go to this restaurant and they ask you if you want water, say no!! Otherwise, it can be one of the most expensive waters you can drink in Moscow. 1750 rubles!! (a water brand that can be found everywhere )
We didn't think that water would be such a ridiculous price and when we sat at the first table we ordered water and food. When the payment came, the price of water in the bill was even more expensive than many dishes and cocktails on their menu. This is not normal.
The food was delicious but the service was slow
