Waited 1.5 hours for our food. When it came the chicken was raw. It was a sandwich cut in half so you could clearly see the raw pink meat without moving or touching anything. The waitress argued about it after we pointed it out. Then the owner tried to kick us out before anyone else even ate because we mentioned the dangers of raw chicken.

I'll admit right away that the restaurant was unusually busy. It was Father's day and the Rodeo crowd were all there and hungry. But no matter, what we got was inexcusable. We both ordered steak sandwiches, both medium, mine with Caesar salad, and my father asked for fries. We both ordered a soup starter and drinks. After the waitress took our order it seemed we were forgotten. O ordered a pina colada, but had to change my order because the waitress was too busy to get the blender working. Then I watched our food sit on the counter for almost 15 minutes before someone brought it to us, We never did get our soup starter. Dad's steak was practically raw, and although it was tender, he could only eat about half of it because the rest was gristle and couldn't be chewed. My steak was overdone and dry. Dad's fries were so overcooked they looked like brown sticks. The chef had no business serving them. Of course by the time they actually served us the food was barely warm, but we were hungry. I looked forward to the salad, because I didn't think you could ruin that, but this Caesar salad had no taste. There was no garlic, no anchovies no anything. It was the worst excuse for a Caesar salad I've ever had. I didn't eat it, and in desperation for something to round out the dry steak I had to ask for my "potato/bacon" starter soup. That was a mistake. It looked and tasted like wall paper paste, or at least what I imagine wall paper paste would taste like. I couldn't/didn't try to eat it after the first couple of bites. There was no point. Finally, no one would come to take our plates or our credit card until we actually headed for the door. Then a waitress showed up to take our money. We told her the food was poor quality and the service worse. I had eaten there before and enjoyed it, but this evening dinner was entirely forgettable except for the fact it was so awful.
