ProTip: if your food comes out of a kitchen cold, it's been sitting somewhere unattended for a long time. Don't eat it. Don't send it back to have it microwaved. Just find a better establishment to give your money to.
Ordered breakfast. Took forever to get it and it was all cold. Sent it back and asked for the bill, because I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes. They gave me a $4 discount on a $25 bill and their reasoning was "everyone is waiting". If I wanted cold $20 breakfast, I'd go to McDonald's, or better yet, get DQ blizzard. Really disappointed. I've been a long-time customer and I bring everyone to this place. But they've lost me as a customer. That $4 discount was just an insulting cherry on top.
Update: I got a call from the establishment today. The lady introduced herself and told me why she was calling. Then a gentleman jumped into the call without introducing himself and completely took over the conversation from both of us in a somewhat rude manner. Proceeded to give me a non-apology apology. Looks like warm food may not be the only thing lacking at this establishment. I made it clear that I wanted nothing to do with this place. A perfect example of what not to do when running a moderately expensive establishment.
