Les visiteurs n'apprécient pas vraiment prendre un poulet à ce restaurant. Pedros Head Office propose la livraison de plats pour les clients. Un personnel réduit est la seule chose qui puisse gâcher votre soirée dans ce lieu. Du point de vue des invités un service bon ne concorde pas avec leurs attentes. I love padros but after todays bullshit Iam never supporting them, simply because of the cruel, horrible experience I just had with the shelly beach in port shepstone, I made a for call order at 19:51 pm to collect for supper full chicken, chips, 2rap,2 chicken burgers. My husband when he arrived to pay no full chicken ad they told him when he asked it was finished while they never told the person who made the order and the audacity to tell him they are closing. What a crap of a service and supper was ruined for my kids

I went to the durban north branch ordered the mega meal. Was told it will be 18 mins ended up waiting 45mins and the staff attitude to terrible will never go back. And it was my first time buying from Pedros.

Hi. I am writing to complain about the quality of the chicken served at both Pedros in Stanger Kwadukuza. Yesterday i bought from the market plaza pedros and the legquarter i received was the size of a pigeon and today i used the other one in town and as we speak i am eating it and its as if im chewing on rubber and that off after taste. Your standard is dropping severely and we will shift back to your competition one by one until you notice. I am soo pissed becayse i pay for this rubbish at the end of the day.
