For me it was the second time at Pazzi today, unfortunately probably the last time. I was really looking forward to the new location in Offenburg. The atmosphere gave us hope for a lot. However, all the nice surroundings are of no use if the service is still very much expandable. As a rule, I always give a tip, but this time the service was absolutely not worth it to me. Inattentive, forgetful, confused. The impression of a restaurant depends on the service. There really still needs a lot of training here. I also wonder whether it is compulsory to work with tablets. It makes the entire ordering process totally impersonal, so when serving you have to ask who ordered what (if there are two people). The food was quite ok, except that courses 1 and 2 were not booked separately when ordering, unfortunately everything came together here. All in all, unfortunately unsatisfactory and a real shame.
