Very negative experience. They have a place called Lumariamo. We had a catering costing over 550 euros with very poor quality. Focaccias and pizzas cut into pieces but to say mediocre is an understatement. Not even those of a certain level were cut, they looked like old pieces of wood. Spritz jugs of spritz didn't taste like it in the slightest. We just had to receive everything and go to the Idea Verde with swimming pools, where we usually celebrate the children's birthdays but the weather didn't allow it. The dear ladies, mother and daughter, offered to let us have the party in the environment called Lumariamo, so as not to miss out on the service. The name suits a lot of people who are slower than snails. They knew it was a stopgap and that we would purchase more to bring to the green idea if time allowed. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we transported everything to that place offered by the dear ladies. The mother and the staff, seeing that we had brought all this, drinks, cake and other things as we usually do, began to make a fuss. They also made my daughter feel bad as she had the little girl's birthday party. We had explained that there had been an inconvenience and that they had allowed us to hold the party there as a fallback. It was painful, we had our eyes fixed on our party, we didn't feel free of anything. The straw that broke the camel's back was when the cake was cut, we had made some smoke bombs made specifically for birthdays, they are legal smoke bombs that are sold specifically for birthday parties. Maybe we made a mistake, we should have said it, but a rude person who declared himself the owner of the Lumariamo tent, shouted in a shameful way, saying that smoking shouldn't be done and that he was responsible for safety. A lady and a manager from the police force intervened to calm the guy down. There is nothing safe. We will make our checks to the competent authorities. VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO THERE AND DO NOT GO TO THE PATISSERIE TONETTI IN BUSTO ARSIZIO. LOW QUALITY. INADEQUATE AND RUDE STAFF FINALLY FOR A SERVICE WE DID NOT HAVE WE HAD TO GIVE ANOTHER 235 EUROS WE HAD EVERYTHING. AT FIRST THEY WANTED 720 euros THEN THEY APOLOGIZED. THEY SAY IN MILAN IF LA VA LA GA I GAMB I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO TAKE IN CONSIDERATION WHAT I HAVE STATED ABOVE. THERE IS NOT EVEN A TOILET BUT A CONSTRUCTION CABIN. THERE WERE 25 CHILDREN WHO COULD NOT GO TO THE TOILET. THE LAWN WITH DOG EXCREMENTS WHILE THEY PLAYED WITH THE BALL GOT SOILED. DEAR LADIES, IT IS USELESS FOR YOU TO CONTINUE TO MAKE CALLS TO MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT NEGATIVE REVIEWS. IF YOU CONTINUE WE WILL MAKE A REPORT Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
