After being recommended by a friend, my wife and I visited for a date night. We arrived without a reservation and were immediately told the restaurant was completely booked and turned away. Less than a minute after leaving, we called the restaurant and were suddenly offered a reservation for the same evening. The inconsistency was troubling and made us feel singled out and discriminated against. Because of this experience, we chose not to return. No guest should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome simply for walking through the door. We hope management addresses this to ensure fair and respectful treatment for everyone.

We would like to briefly clarify the situation: when you arrived without a reservation, the restaurant was indeed fully booked at that moment. Approximately 15 minutes later, a table cancelled at short notice, which is why we were able to offer you a reservation when you called shortly afterward. We completely understand how this sequence of events may have seemed inconsistent and regret that this was not explained more clearly at the time. As a multicultural restaurant, openness, diversity, and mutual respect are at the heart of our values. Discrimination of any kind has absolutely no place here — our team and our guests are as diverse as the cultures we celebrate. We sincerely regret that we did not communicate this better in person and that it caused you to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome.
