Many thanks to Stefano from Pasticceria Roma for all his help over the last year! I'm from Verona and live in London, the wedding was in Verona and I was a little nervous about organizing everything remotely. Stefano always reassured me about the timing, always offering to speak on the phone or meet when I passed through Verona. For example, he helped me organize the cake tasting while I was passing through Italy. This helped us a lot in planning and choosing everything in time. The prices are also really fair. The cake on the wedding day was wonderful and delicious, we got all the compliments! It was prepared exactly as we hoped, in fact it was even more beautiful and tasty than we would have dreamed! Both Italian and English guests loved it. I also really appreciated Stefano's help in organizing a smaller cake for vegan guests and those with intolerances, it was really appreciated.
