I finally found a real pastry shop. Made up of people who work honestly with quality products and who still work as they did in the past, freshly made, without frozen products, the result of apprenticeship and traditions handed down from father to son. Then the human warmth in the welcome is no small thing. I loved the pastry shop. Thanks to Calabrese and all the staff. Try it, it's worth it. A proud pastry chef welcomed us and guided us into this small pastry shop where the production is clearly and fortunately artisanal. Pastas that satisfy the palate. Good coffee. I would allow myself to suggest slightly better fats.
