Good afternoon. Yesterday, August 27, my husband and I once again visited one of our favorite restaurants. I would like to immediately point out that we have been going to Pastamore for the last 3 years, and we really liked everything until last night. The waitress sat us down, gave us a menu, and immediately took our drink order. After a short selection, they approached us again and took our order. By the way, the waiter did not ask the degree of cooking of the pasta (al dente, fully cooked). I had to shout after them, because they remembered this nuance after accepting the order. When the table was set, they did not ask if spoons were needed. But this is nonsense compared to the next... After waiting 20 minutes for two pastas, the waiter brought us one pasta, and immediately began to say that there were some problems with the second pasta, and we would have to wait more. After the question “How can I eat when they didn’t bring anything to my husband,” the excuses began - “I can’t control the kitchen, it doesn’t depend on me, I understand that serving should be simultaneous, but your pasta will die.” We gave our answer: “This pasta will die anyway, because we will eat at the same time.” To be fair, it’s worth noting that we didn’t like it, but we spoke calmly. No apologies were made. With a clatter, the waiter took the plate and left. Subsequent contact occurred when 10 minutes later she brought 2 dishes, THROWING them on the table, again without apology. It was clear that my pasta had become weathered and the cream had curdled, but I didn’t expect that the carbonara would be remade. Thank you for being warm) and still delicious! The food at this restaurant is always delicious. The waitress walked around us the entire time we were eating. And at the end of the meal I had to turn to another waiter to bring the bill. Our waitress came, without naming the amount, she entered it into the terminal. Looking down, she threw the check on the table and ran away. No apologies, no gathering of feedback, nothing at all! There was no administrator in the room, so we could have immediately discussed this problem. But this chance did not exist. That's why I'm writing a review here. It’s one thing when there was no service... but it was always there! And even on the same evening, another waiter showed quality service to other guests! We liked the positivity of the staff, from the wardrobe to the administrator. The attentiveness of the waiters (including to little things - the degree of preparation, cutlery, etc.) was always rewarded with tips, sincere gratitude and a return to the restaurant. In the same situation, the “crazy” girls were inappropriate and incorrect. Falling into a childish position is unjustified. We understand that there may have been problems in the kitchen. In this case, the waiter could come up, warn, and give the guests a choice: “Your pasta is ready, but yours is not. We apologize. Should I bring the dishes at the same time, or will I serve you the dish now?” This is a simple speech module that I am sure you can learn if you have a minimum of respect for the work you are doing. Considering that we were as calm as possible, i.e. our behavior could not provoke such a reaction, it was possible to smooth out the situation, but the girl decided not to do this. The review turned out to be long, because I want to believe that the administration will correct the situation and will not allow a really good establishment to fall. I always wanted to come back to you. Now the question remains: go here, or go to another place where you will not encounter rudeness from the staff.
