I have been analyzing your review internally and have come to the following conclusions: 1. The pasta in the attached images stayed in the casserole for a very long time. It can be clearly seen that the spaghetti has taken the shape of the casserole, and this only happens when the product is kept for a long time in the box. Unfortunately, we cannot assume the quality of the products when they are kept in the casserole for more than 30 minutes. 2. Indeed, the quantity of shrimps present in the attached images does not comply with our recipes. In a portion of Gamberi in Bianco there should be 70 grams of shrimp. After discussions with colleagues in the location, it is possible, due to the overload, that the ingredients were not properly weighed.
