I recently had the pleasure of dining at Passero, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. The service was simply outstanding. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Our server took the time to explain the menu, offer recommendations, and ensure that we were comfortable throughout our meal. Each dish was a masterpiece. We started with the arancini, which were perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with creamy, flavorful mushroom risotto on the inside. The warm olives were a delightful surprise, bursting with rich, briny flavors that complemented the arancini beautifully. Next, we indulged in the burrata, which was as fresh and creamy as it gets. For the main course, we couldn't resist the carbonara. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with a velvety sauce that clung to each strand, and the pancetta added a smoky, savory depth that made every bite a pleasure. Overall, Passero offers more than just a meal—it delivers an unforgettable dining experience. Zero stars!! I was called to work there with Amamda Coe who plays a good role of excitability that is truly fake. Lack of communication and left emailing plus calling about a schedule that never presented itself after she quote says we will see what we need and get back to you when I'm done schedule. A week if back n forth. I was excited to work there. But now never will I eat there or suggest them.
