I stumbled on this place walking along Harbord. We waited 15 minutes and were able to get a table. I thought the croquettes were very tasty, as were the Beignets with salted cod. The roasted cauliflower was sooo tasty and we finished the meal sharing the mussels with hand cut pasta. The pasta texture was amazing with a wonderful butter/wine sauce! Would come back! It was just an okay experience. The food was good, but for the price point, I would have expected much better service. We sat at the bar and the could not really tell who was our server, or where they could be found. There was no water refills or anyone coming by to check on us, and ordering the food and getting the bill took a very long time as we had to flag the employees down. The bartender seemed to have provided prompt service and entertainment such as water refills/ordering to the couple beside us who had ordered an entire bottle of wine, but barely spoke to us and barely acknowledged our existence (hence why we did not know who was our server). For the $100/pp price point (including drinks) definitely wouldn’t come back again. Price per person: CA$100+ Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I dined at Parquet with friends recently and it was fantastic! Great service right from the start. Lovely wine selected by the sommelier. Food was superb. Would absolutely visit again.
