I was raised to always treat people with respect. I personally lived in the community and know first hand that the cottages are under code ! and have had no sense of upkeep in the seven years that I was present on the premises. The house I was in was full of mold, shingles missing from roof which were never repaired as well faulty wiring that the owner was too cheap ! We have had rodent infestation that damaged a couch which we had to take care on our own expesnse. THe window look like there caving in on all facets of the property. Take a look at the big barn and says how much the owner PUTS into his investment! So much so I took the house to the health board so they can be ware as I became deathly ill and never had a cough and was based on this . When came aware as well other faulties . So I encourage you to stay in summerside and avoid this place at all costs!! IFYI The fourth cottage was shut down because it would not pass isnpection he claimed it was STORAGE UNITE! But no brainer who would not want to sell investment. So Please tell world avoid doing business with Dav id at all costs! He plays fast and furious with the rules and has no respect for himself or anyone he hurts.
