I advise these restaurateurs to train their staff in minimum service, because everyone knows that they bring the cutlery first, then the drinks, and then the food. There is a feeling that this is a very crude project. Firstly, there is very little space - you feel like you are sitting in other people’s arms. In which it is obvious that the staff is uncomfortable working at the counter and in general, it is clear that they are rushing here and there, I observed how much my latte costs on the counter. Service is a complete failure. Study and study. The child sat hungry and watched my husband and I eat our salty pancakes, simply because the waiter did not specify when to bring it to him, and decided to bring the sweet ones together. Should I clarify? After all, that’s what a waiter is for! I also had to tell the waitress to bring us utensils for sweet pancakes, after salty ones, and the question just killed me: how much? Well, probably as many as there are of us? As a result, we ate salty ones, they brought us sweet ones, and the child sat there without any food! They brought his pancake only after a little swearing. They gave me a drink for the unpleasant moments and apologized. On the plus side, the food and drinks are very good, tasty and the video shows that the ingredients are not too much. However, the overall impression of the service and small space is spoiled and it’s not a fact that we will come again. Cozy cafe with amazingly delicious pancakes! We tried sweet Raffaello pancakes and Chocolate with cherries! Portions are sooooo big, a lot of topping! We ate heartily! The menu also has hearty non-sweet pancakes with fish, chicken, meat, greens and various sauces! Raf and sea buckthorn tea for 5+! For a mark in the story, we received a 30% discount on one dish! Definitely recommend to visit @cafe_pankiss
