Had an amazing time at Panino. I have Celiac Disease, meaning that I have not enjoyed any traditional Albanian dishes since my diagnosis in 2011. At the restaurant, I was surprised by the great variety of main dishes/dessert/etc., including pite and byrek with different fillings, hamburgers, pizza and more. As some have already mentioned, the owner is also a Celiac. Therefore, all servers are well informed regarding gluten and lactose In the pictures I included, you‘ll see pite (with spinach) and a hazelnut cake. Both were incredibly good. I also tried the soup, pizza with mushrooms and gouda cheese, and again, both were great. Within Prishtina (Kosovo‘s capital city), take away is also possible. Overall, I can really recommend eating at Panino, especially since it is located in the capital city. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great place to eat in Pristina and currently the only place (May 2022) where you can find Glutenfree food.In case you didn't know yet, the cultural food in Kosovo contains almost always gluten/ grain. In addition the food contains lots of oil, which can also be a problem for some people.At Panino Gluten Free they understand what food allergies are, and how to deal with them
