From the Parma ham produced and matured exclusively for us by the Tanara salami factory in Langhirano, to the Parmigiano Reggiano from the Gennari dairy matured for at least 30 months. Everything is accompanied by accurate table service by our dining room staff, and includes the know-how and skills that we have consolidated over 44 years of experience. Excellent food and kind and friendly staff (I'm looking at you girl who served us on 7/28/24). Original sandwiches, honest prices and excellent lunch. Of course I lost a bet with my friends and I had to eat the sauces with my fingers but oh well they are experiences I guess Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian and vegan options, as good as the "carnivorous" ones Parking: In short, we are talking about the center of Varese, so finding free parking close to the place, especially on weekends, is as possible as fighting a bear with your bare hands.
