Good morning, this morning my daughter went to buy a classic bread shovel and she was given a rude bread shovel. I get back into the car and I notice the mistake. I immediately get out to make the change but it is denied. While I understand the reason for the negative response (I could have touched the bread), it was a matter of a fraction of seconds and I believe that an exception could have been made. Furthermore, "I WAS" a customer who buys and spends enough on a weekly basis, not limiting myself to just the palate of bread. I repeat that I understand the motivation but at the same time I believe that given the circumstances we needed to be less intransigent. My advice is to put a notice on the door to avoid unpleasant episodes like the one this morning. In the meantime, however, you have lost a customer. Happy Sunday.
