Good evening Mrs Florance … Good evening Mrs Florance I tell you that our servers have a job. Their job is to check if the water bottles are empty to bring a new one, clear the empty plates so as not to interfere with the table, remove the empty aperitif glasses, ask customers if they want coffee after meal, clearing up to dessert etc… There are also from time to time even the servers have to come and see the customers if all goes well.
