I went there ordered food went to washroom to wash my hands there was no water supply no paper towel. I requested one of the staff if she can help me and give me glass of water from kitchen she said she can’t go back in kitchen. I told her if she can give me a bottle of water, I will pay for it. Just wash my hands cause I have soap on my hands and I have to have my food. . But she didn’t help me at all. I went to the manager at first he was rude. But at end he bot water from kitchen and helped me. But when I asked the girl to he me wash my hand first she said we have fountain at front wash it over there. When I said please give me bottle of water I will pay for it. She said tell your husband to bring it. She is one of the staff working there but don’t want to help . The overall ambiance is rather dull and fails to create a welcoming environment. While the neat display of fresh vegetables is a positive highlight, it doesn't fully compensate for the lackluster atmosphere throughout the rest of the restaurant. One significant downside is the ventilation system. Despite the delicious food, the experience is marred by an insufficient ventilation setup. Upon entering for the occasional takeout, the unmistakable scent of cooking oil and smoke permeates the air. This issue extends to the difficulty in opening the front door, hinting at potential imbalances in the air pressures within the kitchen venting system. In conclusion, Panda Express offers a satisfying culinary experience in terms of taste and value.
