The food at Panarotis was not edible at all.. The pizzas were cold and tough to chew. We went out on a ladies night out and decided never to have a meal there again. Asked 5 times for Sunday Morning staff at door to please just talk softly with each other. Spoke in English Xhosa I was first customer I could not hear my waiter ask me what i want. Food always great But I do not want staff standing 900mm away from me. Then 4 waiters standing at door talking so loud u feel like u in a taxi. People walk past this lovely establishment due to noize. We could not hear your background music. I do not feel I must ask for staff to talk softly so that I can hear my wairt talk Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

We didn't expect to get a table for 10 on a rainy and busy whale festival Sunday, but the friendly hostess made a plan and went out of her way to accomodate us. Every meal was perfectly made and very tasty. The service was efficient and friendly. Thank you! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
