What a horrible experience — the worst restaurant my partner and I have ever been to. There were no waiters available to help us, and the manager was rude and visibly irritated. We had to wait nearly an hour for our food and about 30 minutes just to get our drinks. The restaurant itself was dirty and clearly not maintained; no one seemed to bother cleaning up. Overall, it was an atrocious experience with terrible service. We definitely won't be coming back. Add photos. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

What do you do if a venue you booked for Bridal party WITH A 30 Years annerversary in it cancells on you when you walk in cos they doubled booked ? You drive to Panarottis Walmer Park. With a Party of 12 and a 2 small kids 2 and 4 years old I Went on the off chance to see if they could fit us in - the problem was I had to do photos as well and as it was just after 3 I wasn't sure this would happen I was greeted by Nadia and explained my problem, no problem to her Nadia within a few minutes gets 4 tables ready , menues and all. That's sorted ......now for the waitress I must be honest was a bit comprehensive as we all know kids can be a handful and it was late in the day so staff can be a bit temperamental. Again , I was taken aback by the attertude of Natasha ( waitress) Natasha brought her A game and the things she brought for the younger set to keep them still was amazing. Natasha wasn't to overwhelming on table visits which was nice, however she created an ore about her that shouted out I got this! You , NATASHA WERE AMAZING! This whole emergency expiarence and the way NADIA AND NATASHA HANDLED the situation was way above the service norm. You ladies showed off what real costumer service is .......not putting money first but clients , knowing how to handle a near disaster that could have gone sideways. All I'm going to say is Il BE BACK and so are my clients ! You GUYS OUT DID YOURSELF NATASHA AND NADIA PLEASE CAN YOU TEACH OTHER EATERIES HOW TO GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS AGAIN FOR SAVING THE DAY Price per person: R 250–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
