We went to Panarottis yesterday evening. The food was good as always, their pizza never disappoints. But the service was terrible. Our waitress, Fezeka, looked annoyed the whole time and only acted friendly when it was time to pay. We understand it was close to closing time, but the staff were rude and impatient with customers, except for the Indian ones who seemed to get better treatment. A couple who arrived after us were told they couldn’t sit upstairs, yet another group was allowed to. That was disappointing. The only person who showed real customer service was the guy at the front before closing. He was polite and professional. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 100–200

Terrible service I was told there is a queue for tables saw 2 ppl when I walked Panarottis to Spur there were more than 5 tables empty that I could see through the window and outside seating Was practicably empty

I had such a good experience at Panarottis Gateway! The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the food was... just Amazing. Honestly, I don’t think I can go a full month without it, if I’m not dining in, I’m definitely ordering on Uber Eats. Highly recommend!
